[Books] Sant Jordi 2014

Hi there! As everyone should know by now 23th June is Sant Jordi here in Catalonia, the day of the rose and the book. We all know the legend of Sant Jordi killing the dragon and the rose growing from the blood of the creature, that's why it's a tradition to give a rose on that day. And because of the death of Cervantes and Shakespeare (although because of the difference on the calendar that's not the same day, but whatever) it's the day of the book, therefor it's also a tradition to give a book. (I honestly prefer the books 'cause I love books.)
I never go to Las Ramblas or anywhere close that day, not since I was in highschool, and yes, that day is all about selling books, but this year I wanted to go there with my mum and have a book signed. And let's face it, I buy books all year long, as I said, I love books, so why would I stop buying books that day?

Here are the books I bought (okay, my mum bought them for me) that day, I wanted to buy more but it was too hot and there was a lot of people there so we left early. Also, I had to work, so yeah.
Right now I'm halfway through 'Amor contra Roma', I like it but there are some parts about love and sex that I don't find very interesting, I'm more interested into the conspiracy part of the book, but it's a good book.
I also finished the 'Leyendas del antiguo Egipto' very interesting, those are not the same old Egypt stories we all know, different, I like it.

There was a lot of people signing books and there also was the awesome Victor Amela, who, obviously, I wanted to sign my book, my mum gave it to him, 'cause I had to get out of there because of the hot weather, I was getting dizzy. She took a couple of pictures, I only have that one because I don't have my phone with me, broken and waiting for it, so yeah.
And of course, as every year, the blue rose.
