[Comics] Ice 2014 Birmingham

Hey there! Last Saturday (two weeks ago actually, I'm late!) I went to Birmingham for the International Comic Exposition! It was the first time I went to one of those comic conventions in the UK so I didn't know what to expect. It was a small event, almost as the ones I used to go in Spain in the Casal de la Guineueta, and it was really cool!
At the beginning I must admit I was kind of lost, like, what the hell am I doing in Birmingham, alone,  surrounded by talented strangers lol It was strange but then people was very nice, and that was even more strange, but it was really cool, I felt out of place at the beginning being Spanish but then I didn't care because we all loved comics, so whatever.

I bought a lot of stuff, mostly posters and I realized I would never buy those things in a big even but then again, that was a small one and I really liked some of the stuff people was doing so I thought, what the hell! And I just bought a few things. Now my room looks awesome, I must say.
Here are some pics of the trip and Birmingham.

Also, I met David Lloyd, almost by mistake because I was just looking around and a guy asked me if I knew V for Vendetta, but sorry guys, I still have a problem for understanding British english, so I had no idea what was he talking about and then I saw the illustration, and yeah, V de Vendetta, claro que la conozco! So yeah, they say he was the illustrator of that comic (I think they said that because again, British english... after all these years and still hard... ), they asked me about my favorite comic book and I said Hellblazer, duh, and the guy was, oh, he's also the illustrator of that comic, and probably they thought I was stupid or something like that because I was, really? Yeah, sorry, I'm horrible for names, It took me three or four months to remember the names of some of my friends, I'm serious, I just don't really care that much about names. Out of topic... So back to the very interesting story, sarcasm, we were talking for a while, he asked me if I wanted a sketch, I said of course, at the beginning I thought he was asking for 70 pounds for the sketch and I thought he was crazy because I didn't have that much money but I wanted the sketch anyway! So long story short, I have the sketch in my desk now, by the way, when I saw the sketch I was, okay, NOW I know who you are. And it was really weird when I said goodbye to them, maybe that's because I'm spanish... Whatever! The main thing is, even though it was a bit strange I loved it so much that two days later I bought the tickets for NICE 2014 in Bedford Corn, and waiting for the university to tell me when I start the classes again and to my friends to tell me if we're going to have a dance exhibition on the Salón del Manga de Barcelona, because that and the London Comic con are on the same week! And I want to go to both... We'll see.
And after all this shit I'll just show you (or myself, let's face it) all the awesome stuff I got there!
I'll put the links of the stuff I know who the artists are, minus the Constantine one, sorry, lazy.
Here are the freebies I got, this is the free stuff they gave you when you got there.

Then the three awesome t-shirts I got, although I must say the green one had a loose thread and the hem of the t-shirt is fucked up, but whatever.

And here are the posters, postcards, comics (kind of like fanzines I guess) and illustrations I got.
